Control line flyers know what
they want and demand the very best when it comes to fuel. Fuel plays a
critical role in every aspect of the flight. Without a perfect 4-2-4 break and
rock solid consistency, control line flyers will not use it. Cooper's
produces three blends specifically for the control line flyer and their engines.
Pure Bakers AA castor, high
stability synthetic, methanol and nitromethane all quantities by
volume like every blend we do. You wanted it and we deliver.
Cooper's 5-29 Blend:
This blend is like the traditional Fox fuel containing 5% pure nitromethane and
29% Bakers AA castor. No Dye, no synthetics, just a touch of defoaming agent is
added.
Cooper's 5-23 Blend:
The perfect choice for some of the more modern C/L engines available liking less
nitro. Contains 5% pure nitromethane, 11.5% Bakers AA castor and 11.5% high
stability synthetic and a touch of defoamer. This blend is often recommended by
our retailers as a break in fuel for modern R/C two stroke engines.
Cooper's 10-23 Blend: For
those wanting a little more nitro in their modern C/L engine. Still offers that
perfectly predictable 4-2-4 break. Contains 10% pure nitromethane, 11.5% Bakers
AA castor, 11.5% high stability synthetic and a touch of defoamer. Again, this
blend is recommended often as an R/C two stroke break in
fuel.
Most fuel manufacturers do not
even bother with making control line blends. Cooper's will not forget or neglect
even the most specialized aspects of our hobby, including control line. As
always, we will adapt to your needs and add blends as needed or make what you
need.
